Robin-Barnie-Ted needs to be developed more. I think it does hit a good dynamic in the group. Marshall is way too underutilized. Zoey was just awful. It was entirely a plot filler with no real relation to the story. Lily is holding back the show.

yeah, i don’t know, you just know that Barnie and Robin are going to end up married, at least that’s my impression. if im wrong and it turns out to not seem that way as it develops, maybe it will interest me more

and im also kind of disappointed Marshall got the job at an environmental law firm, I thought the conflict of his ideals and his employment at GNB was a really great plot mechanic and they gratified it without any good reason

and absolutely as far as Lily, the whole pregnancy thing is really getting old, I wish they wouldn’t have even introduced it. i dont think that theme fits the show at all 

How up to date on the show are you? There’s stuff about Barney and Robin I don’t want to spoil.

I really think Marshall can handle great drama, but the show is afraid to use him for that. It just leaves him and Lily without much to do. They’re the two members of the group who have moved along in their lives and are being held back by their friends.
